**Terms and Conditions for The Ninja Turdles Dog waste removal services**
**1. Introduction**
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of dog poop removal services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by The Ninja Turdles (hereinafter referred to as "Company") to the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer"). By using our Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
**2. Services Offered**
The Company provides dog poop removal services, including but not limited to:
- Scheduled clean-up of dog waste in the designated outdoor areas.
- Disposal of collected waste in accordance with local regulations.
- Optional additional services (e.g., sanitization, lawn care) as agreed upon.
**3. Scheduling and Service Frequency**
- Services will be scheduled based on the agreement between the Company and the Customer.
- The Customer may choose from various service frequencies (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
- The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the Customer.
**4. Payment Terms**
- Payment for Services is due upon receipt of the invoice.
- Accepted payment methods include Credit Card, Pay Pal, venom, Zelle, online payments.
- Late payments may incur a fee of $10 after 5 days past the due date.
**5. Customer Responsibilities**
- The Customer agrees to provide access to the area where the services are to be performed.
- The Customer must ensure that the dog(s) are secured and that any hazards (e.g., aggressive animals, obstacles) are removed prior to the scheduled service.
- The Customer must inform the Company of any specific instructions or areas to avoid.
**6. Liability**
- The Company is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the dog(s) during the provision of Services.
- The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to property unless caused by the Company's negligence.
**7. Termination of Services**
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with 7 day written notice.
- In the event of termination, any outstanding payments will be due immediately.
**8. Modifications**
- The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Customer will be notified of any changes, and continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
**9. Governing Law**
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
